Self adhesive bitumen waterproof membrane with green film surface

 

Production description

 
(a) Upper finish layer of 200 gsm non-woven geotextile topping (can be made same as sample suppliedby customers) fused onto :
(b) the Middle layer of 1.1 mm thickness Self-Adhesive SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane (can be made same as sample suppliedby customers).
(c) the underface layer of transparent release film (can be made same as sample suppliedby customers).
(d) The Membrane shall have a 75 mm wide selvedge for overlap with another Membrane (can be made same as sample suppliedby customers).

Usage

The product is suitable to the water-proof,antiseep and damp-proof of industry and civil buildings,non-exposure roof,as well as open-cut railway,tunnel and pool,canal.No use of open fire and no environment pollution. With a high strength of extension of polyester base and a larger elongation,it has a strong application ability to base shrinkage high shape deformation. It applies modified asphalt as its bituminous coating material,with a good adaptablity to weather conditions.

Features and benefits

Installation procedure

1) Make sure the roof deck smooth, clean and dry (Moisture <9%), then coat the surface of your roof deck with a kind of bitumen paint till dry to start installation.

2) Two ways in installation:

First, heating and melting method----Heat the PE film of the membrane and roof deck surface by heating and melting method to nearly melted (not flowing), then install the membrane fully bonded to the roof deck with overlaps of 5-10cm.

Second, cold-adhesive method-----Pour the cold adhesive homogeneously on the roof deck, the roll the membrane to install it to be fully stick to roof deck.

3) After installation, a full serious inspection is required to make sure no air bubble, no fold, no falling away to guarantee the waterproof life.
