Self-Adhesive Rubberized Bitumen Waterproofing Sheet Membrane
DESCRIPTION:
Self-adhesive rubberized bitumen waterproofing sheet is a self adhesive, self-sealing layer of rubberized bitumen protected by a film of polyethylene. An overlap seam down each edge ensures complete sealing of overlap seams.It is composed of a uniform of rubber-modified bitumen bonded to a polyethylene film. The physical properties will remain stable over time and under severe weather conditions. Adhesive side is protected by removable release film.

APPLICATION:
The release film should be removed from the underside of the membrane as it is placed in its final position. All rows and exposed edges at overlaps and penetrations should be protected with a bead of bituminous mastic. For further information refer to installation sheet supplied upon request. All laps must be rolled using a heavy metal roller to ensure full lap adhesion.
MIXING:
No mixing required. Simple use off the roll supplied will suffice.
Surface Preparation:
All surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of loose particles, dust, oil or any other contaminants. Concrete must be given a minimum of 28 days cure.
PRIMING:
On completion of surface preparation, the substrate should be primed with suitable primer.
