Introduction:

 

YEP 500 PP coated asphalt roof shingle underlayment slope roof felt is a kind of roof underlayment used under shingles and tiles.

 

it is PET fiber saturated with modified  bitumen and then double side coated with polypropylene fiber. its function is used as an secondardy roof

 

waterproof barrier from the moisture.

Application key points:

 

the grass roots should be strong, day and smooth
it will use nails for application,density should be 30 nails per square meter.
should be smooth when applying on the roof without folds..
the width of junction for the same layer should be no less than 50mm, for upper
and lower layer should be no less than 80mm
use gasket cement for the same layer junction, and adhesive tape on the roll
for junction of upper and lower layer.
can not be applied on rainy and snowy days
 
Storage:
 
keep it dry, avoid from sunlight, wind, rain and snow
keep it stand, no more than two layer on it
storage temperature should be no more than 50degree, or no less than -25degree
